Meet Our Class Leaders | St. Peter's english medium school

Class leaders must be, as far as possible, exemplary in conduct and industrious in their studies.
They must be able to command respect in the class.
They are employed for all assistance in the class maintaining discipline, collecting or distributing book attending to cleanliness and neatness of the classroom bringing charts, maps etc.
They must rub out the writing on the black board immediately after each period.
The monitor, especially in higher classes will write each day on the black-board, the date and the number present out of the total in their class.
The leader must be responsible for all happenings in the class during the absence of the teacher.
Once in a month a meeting of leaders is held where methods and means are discussed and adopted to improve discipline and redressing any grievance.
It is incumbent on all leaders to report to the Principal or class teacher any breach of discipline noticed even during recess.
In the event of the teacher being absent, they must inform the Principal within first five minutes from the commencement of the period.
